i will have 30 credits until this summer, GPA 3.2-3.4probably. but i have used pass no pass once
my term gpa is kind of weird, the fist term i took class is winter term, but i just got 1 class, cause i have English programmer class at that time, this is my second term, i got 3 courses, and i changed one class to pass no pass. i have 5 five classes in summer and i think i can got GPA3.3 or 3.4 at that time.
will it influence my transfer? one pass no pass and the class schedule above

Some schools won’t accept certain classes for pass/no pass. Usually they’ll take non major specific ones (example, my community college required me to take an oral communication class. I took beginning acting and could have taken it p/np and most schools wouldn’t mind that). Math or English or usually iffy. Definitely check.

the class i did pass no pass is major requirement here, and it cannot not change p/np, so if i stay here, i need retake this class again, but SBU do not have this class, at least, this class is not major requirement. however, expect this class, i still got 26 credits, the requirement for SBU is 24.
so will it influence my transfer?

Possibly. Call the school and check.
