Will preparing for the AP be the same as preparing for the SAT? (Physics, USHistory)

So I currently have REA for USHistory and I'm planning to buy the Princeton Review book specifically for AP Physics B that is coming out soon....

If I study these books and everything for the AP exam, is this enough to prepare me for the SAT? Like if I just read REA and PR is it okay? or is there anything else that I have to prepare? Also, how difficult are the SAT exams compared with the AP exams for each subject?

Oh lastly, how come people don't like Barrons for Math Level 2? D: I thought that it's better than Barrons? (from what I heard)

Any "from experience" things would be nice. Or any response at all. Haha. Thanks. (:

I wanted to ask this question toooo! I was thinking of doing AP Physics B and SAT II Physics at the same time (since they seem to cover the same materials)..

As far as US History goes, you should be fine. I'm in a similar position; I take APUSH now and I study from the REA book (which is a lifesaver!). My teacher says that the SAT II is much, much easier than the AP exam, so I'm hoping that in preparing for the AP exam, I'll be good to go for the SAT II.
