will sat practice tests help me?

<p>I got a thick book with 11 practice tests from the sat that I never bothered with.</p>

<p>My reading sucks, so I'm mainly working on reading speed and comprehension.</p>

<p>In fact, forget the name of this thread. How do you improve your reading effectively and efficiently? I tried every technique I ever got a hold of, but never really improved my reading. One day, I'd be average, and the next day, I'm slower than an 8th grader. I do read a lot, but improvement in reading has always been hard for me.</p>

<p>The GRE is harder than the SAT. I would understand using harder tests to practice for easier tests, but not vice versa. Why wouldn’t you use GRE practice tests to get the full benefit?</p>

<p>because I have 11 sat practice tests just sitting there? I paid hard earned american dollars for them. Plus, the goal is to increase my reading speed.</p>
