Will the College Board have me recorded if i was asked to leave during SAT

Hi, guys
I was taking the SAT on OCT 11 2014 yesterday and my alarm watch went off. After another section, a guy came in saying i can no longer take the test and asked me to leave. I have no choice but to leave the testing center.
Here is the question,

is this considered cheating during the test or just violation of the rule?

is this going to leave any records on me CB account that will damage my further SAT testing?

Is CB going to report this to the college when they send me score to colleges in the future?

How should i deal with this situation? I didn't cheat at all and this was just an accident.

Should i make any clarification to college and CB now ?

There is a world of difference between stupidity and dishonesty.

I think you’re asking an excellent question and the College Board ought to be able to answer that question in writing.

You should ask CB, but generally when they cancel scores to colleges, they don’t state the reason why and sometimes is the choice of the student. You should be fine.

you mean. I should just send an email to the CB ?
anyway thank u for your reply

thank u. so it is unlikely this accident will affect me college application! this means a lot to me

CB made it clear that your watch shouldn’t be audible.
