Will the college know my actual SAT test times and scores even though I did not send my scores?

I am applying for transferring. The school requires SAT test taken during high school and do not accept SAT taken in college. However, they said if I did not take SAT during high school, they can waive the requirement. I am struggling now because my sat score during high school was only 1810 in total, so actually I do not really want to report it since it can definitely hurt admission chances. Can I just hide my score ( do no send it) and tell them I did not take during high school? Will the college know my actual SAT test times and scores even though I did not send my scores? I heard a lot from others that the common application member schools can access applicants' scores in collegeboard, is it true?

Wait online!

I have no idea. Honestly, whether they can see it or not is not the point. You should not withhold it or lie on your application. Period. It’s wrong.
