<p>Today is the last Friday before the so called mid-April..It seemed the final decision were made around that date of last year.
Really tired of waiting. Anyone knows?</p>
<p>The only thing we can do is wait and see can’t we? I really hope that it gets over today but apparently UMich isn’t releasing results on WA anymore, they come through post. They only release whether a decision has been made and the letter been sent. </p>
<p>I hope we find out today, I really hope we do. If accepted, then I will need to start researching and trying to find which is a better university for me, UMich and Tufts and I need time to do that, just like everyone else</p>
<p>I certainly hope so, but it was my understanding that they updated WA in the mornings, and my WA still doesn’t have a “View Decision” link…</p>
<p>Well, I really hope they continue releasing decisions through WA - as an international student, receiving a decision through snail mail could potentially take ages… although, come to think of it, if the notification that a decision is coming by mail on WA comes up (i.e. waitlisted/rejection) that would take a while too.</p>

<p>I think at this point of time, UMich will be sending all letters (Acceptances, Rejections, Waitlists) via DHL so it shouldnt take long to reach us international students. </p>
<p>I certianly hope that is the case because in where I leave, normal post takes ages to reach so that wouldnt be helpful at all</p>
<p>^^Its almost 5pm, which means if they haven’t made their decisions by then (when their office closes) were in for another looooooooong weekend of waiting. </p>
<p>I won’t get my decision by mail until at least a day after you guys do since I am out of state, so there is no chance I got it in the mail today.</p>

<p>This wait is painful, and I am getting really ****ed at the people who are trying to justify Michigan’s admissions department and their disregard for their applicants. There is NO WAY to justify this wait we have to experience. It is unacceptable.</p>
<p>I called again today and was told mine is still being reviewed. I then asked if decisions would only be by snail mail ( as i was previously told by someone in admissions) and was told this time that they would be mailed and Wolverine would be updated stating either a decision or that a decision is in the mail. They also stated that they are trying to wrap everything up soon and hope for everyone to hear decisions by the 15th (not send mail decisions by the 15TH.)</p>
<p>haha, i just love their admissions reps… they try to play games with us by telling different info everytime!!! i am pretty sure most of us will receive our mails after the 15th!!!

<p>I really hope so :] Even if it’s a rejection, it’ll be a relief to finally know and I can thus move on with my life…</p>
<p>I asked if they were still admitting people too, and they said yes, of course.</p>
<p>Last year, a bunch of people found out they were waitlisted on april 10…which I think was a thursday.
But going through last years threads, I couldnt find a single day where a bunch of people got accepted…there were just very few acceptances scattered every week</p>
