Will these colleges help me reach my career goals?

Hello!
So I am really interested in private equity and investment banking and hope to one day work for one of these firms.
I am a senior in high school and have applied to the following schools:
-University of Southern California
-UCLA
-Pepperdine University
-UC Irvine
-CSU Fullerton
-University of San Diego and
-San Diego State University

Will these schools help me land the job of my dreams?
I will be receiving the most scholarship money from CSU Fullerton, so if I decide to go there, will this school in particular help me get into private equity/ investment banking?

The more detail the better!!!
Thank you in advance!

From what I understand, you want to work in california? If so, USC and UCLA are your best bet if you want to break in. If USC, particularly the business school.

Out of the entire list, those two, from what I understand, are where the banks recruit.

CSU Fullerton, sadly, is not a target, and will not help you. However, it’s not impossible.

The only programs that would really give you a chance are biz econ at UCLA and business at USC. Neither are really traditional target schools though. You’d probably be limited to IB in LA/SF as east coast offices won’t come all the way out there to recruit.
