I'm not sure you're right. My daughter is also considering not taking the test she signed up for. We didn't send scores yet but were planning to do so after the Dec. 4 test. I just checked the College Board website:

If You're Absent:
If you wish to test on another date, call Customer Service at 609 771-7600 (TTY: 1-609-882-4118). If you do not wish to test on another date, your test and registration fees (including fees for services such as telephone re-registration) are nonrefundable. No reports will be sent.

Sounds to me like the scores won't be sent unless you already specified they be sent the last time you took the test.

they WILL NOT! because I had the same problem and I called them up and they said no. Also, if you go to the send score screen, it said that only tests that are completed will be sent. So pretty much you paid them money for nothing:(

They will NOT send the previous tests until you request they be released. Which means more $$ for the college board, because "the first four are free" no longer applies. I called yesterday to ask for a refund for the 2 I paid for (having requested 6 be sent). I have to call again on Monday to request they be sent again. Had I not done it this way, I would have paid the $7.00 twice for the same college. I think the college board has a nice little scam going!
