Will this improve my chances?

I am currently a sophomore, and I am trying to get into NYU. I am confident my test scores, ECs and GPA will be good enough to be considered by the time my high school career is over. The one question mark may be my course difficulty. Next year I will be taking AP Microeconomics, and honors chemistry, I have not taken an honors or AP class yet. I am planning on taking AP Macroeconomics, and AP chemistry in my senior year. Should I take AP Biology next year? Will I need another AP class, or will three be fine? I don't really like Biology, and AP Bio is considered the hardest class in my entire school. I have heard NYU puts a lot of weight on schedule rigor when admitting students. So my question really is, will AP Bio make a big difference in the admission process? Will three AP classes be enough? Thanks.
