Will this keep me from getting into the uc's?

So I'm applying to Ucla UIC and UCSB I only sent in my act score that was a 28 but I took it 4 times.. I just read that they want all of your scores but I don't want to submit two 25's and a 26 cause a 28 is already pushing it at those schools as an out of state applicant. Are they gonna know Im not sending all of my scores? Will that keep me from getting in?

Since you’re OOS and your scores are not competitive, the UCs are a reach for you.

I agree with @Happy2Help: Your ACT score of 28 is not competitive for UCLA and possibly UCI/UCSB. Did you report only the ACT score of 28 on your application?? If so, they would have no way of knowing what the other ACT scores are but they will take the highest score from 1 sitting, so there is no harm in sending them.

If you have a 4.00 unweighted GPA, then your 28 ACT score will not prevent you from being accepted by UCI and UCSB.
