My recommender did not submit my rec letter until today (3 days late of the priority deadline), everything else has been done but I’m not sure if they will see it (it was submitted in coalition) should I submit an upload request on UT direct?
You could ask the admissions people at UT Austin. If you call, be polite and remain calm at all times.
My best guess is that admissions will be fine with this. You are the one that they are either going to admit or not. You are not the one who was late. They know that you do not have power over the people who write recommendations for you.
