William Hung?

the olsen twins go to nyu... but gl finding them lol

are the olsen twins in the the college of stern at nyu studying business?

Getting into Berkeley isn't tough, so it shouldn't be a shock.

My school and I actually saw William Hung two springs ago when we were at Berkeley for their Model UN conference. He was walking across the MLK/Sproul buildings going into campus. I seemed as if a lot of kids from the other schools didn't recognize him. However, everyone from my school knew who he was (not sure if it deals with the fact that my high school was mostly Asian), and some of the kids went up to him for an autograph, which he gave despite looking as if he was late to something. I think the MUN club still has a picture of him autographing one of our members' placards LOL.

Olsen twins are in Gallatin for individualized study (I read it in the news), but one of the two won't be going back this fall.

william hung is an idiot. he makes all chinese people look bad. he conforms to the "chinese" stereotype which real chinese people are not like at all. thats all i have to say about that.

but william hung broke stereotypes of asian people. he fought racism against asians by singing.

but in doing so, he created even more stereotypes about asians, all the while reinforcing the previous ones.

Actually if anything if people were raciest against asian singers, then he likely just reinforced their thoughts. Also racism against asians in music is not that terrible, off the top of my head there are asian members in both Linkin Park and Hoobastank, and those bands are doing pretty well.

i dont think people are necessarily racist against asian singers. just that most people are enthralled with black ones. asian singers seem to provide for a specific niche of asian people. i personally dont listen to that many of them, because many asian singers are rappers and i dont like rap at all.
