William & Mary vs. Notre Dame for History/Econ

I have narrowed down my decision to William & Mary or Notre Dame. I have visited both and really liked both. Felt comfortable either place. Notre Dame is close to home. W&M is far. Don't really care either way about being close or far. Want to eventually go to law school. Am looking to double major in History and Economics or Government for my undergrad. Both have study abroad and internships Notre Dame has the better financial package. Should I base my decision off of that. Love the fun-loving nature of W&M and feel that it will help me find myself as well as it has a historical nature of the campus/area. Notre Dame has a great alumni network and sports following (watching sports is not a plus for me) along with a well maintained campus. Any thoughts and assistance would be appreciated.
