Evening is defined as 6 pm (at least that is when evening begins, lol). I just looked it up because I was curious. Only a little while longer.

Yes, like @Spaisthrope said people were speculating about the exact time the decisions were released and it seemed reasonable for it to be released at the same time ED was released. I guess we were wrong, though, sorry!
