Williams ED Chances?

Hi, I'm a junior right now and I've visited Williams a few times, as well as other colleges, and I have to say that I love Williams, and am pretty sure I want to apply ED to it. Could anyone give me realistic chances for Williams ED with my stats? Thank You!

3.75 GPA uw-------Ahhhhhh I feel like this will be my downfall!
at my HS, a 90-93 is a 3.7, and a 94-100 is a 4.0
4.68 GPA w
these GPAs are not including electives which would inflate my GPA. I only included the core subjects.
Top 10% at one of the top 5 high schools in my state
35 ACT
2340 SAT

Race: South Asian
Sex: Male --------I've heard that the south asian male demographic is not as overrepresented at Williams as it is at other top schools, I hope this won't hinder me.
FA: none
I want to major in Math or Economics

All honors and AP classes
Upward trend(slight)

Junior Year APs
AP Calculus BC.
AP US History. I'm also taking the AP Us Government test
AP Biology

Senior Year APs
AP Statistics.
AP Economics. Macro and Micro
AP Physics.
AP Latin.

At my school, only 13 APs are offered, on average people take 3 or 4 before they graduate. My school also claims that Honors is equivalent to AP in difficulty at my school, and my GC includes this in the school profile. Basically I'm taking the most rigorous courseload possible, because we can only take APs in junior and senior year, and it's impossible to fit more than 8 in your schedule for those two years.

SAT II Math 2: 780
SAT II Biology: 760

These are all current leadership positions, that will most likely remain the same next year
Debate(president, state and national level awards, tripled club size, led team to nationals)
Latin club(founder, president, National Latin Exam two time national award winner)
Measures for the future(president), we get underprivileged students interested in music
Kids helping kids(founder and president) free tutoring and homework help for underprivileged students, this organization is quite successful, it's not just a gimmick for college admissions, I actually have a passion for teaching children.
Student congress(president)
School Council member
National honors society(vice-president)
Rep. To state board of education
Key club(secretary)
Honors chamber orchestra(first chair 2nd violin, state level awards)
High School Quiz Show Team(appeared on national tv)
Geography Olympiad and History Bowl team(president, state and national level awards)

Cross-Country 3 seasons
Indoor Track 3 seasons
Rowing 3 seasons
Track 2 seasons
Cross-country skiing 2 seasons

I also have a pretty unique passion for high altitude mountain climbing. I've climbed Cotopaxi, Kilimanjaro, Annapurna, and various other Himalayan mountains. I feel like this is a good thing to write about in my essay and relates to Williams location in the mountains, and the Mountain day tradition. I feel like my love of collaboration and teaching will fit well with the tutorial system as well.

Basically I'm very worried about my GPA, I feel like I won't compare to all the 4.0 applicants to Williams out there. I'm just hoping that my ECs and SAT scores make up for a mediocre GPA for a Williams applicant.

Thank You So Much!

Williams ED: Reach

Catria, could you please explain why Williams ED is a reach? Thanks! btw I made a mistake, my SAT II Math 2 score is an 800, not a 780. oops!

I disagree with Catria.

I think that it is a match. Your E.C.'s and SAT’s are amazing. A southeast Asian senior at my school got in a month ago with about the same stats as you but even worse E.C.'s. Your E.C.'s in debate and climbing make up for the UW GPA.

You’ll get in.

Williams ED: High match (forgot how much of an edge ED gave)

Might also look at Holy Cross-top25 LAC with nice campus 1 hour from Boston. Holy Cross offers merit scholarships for Classics/Latin majors.

Thank You Catria and BookBook!
