Windfall Acceptances! But where to go?

Hey Internet,

First of all I'd like to thank all of you for your contributions to CC and through that medium, to students. I can say with complete honesty and surety that because of what I learned by browsing through these forums over the past 3-4 years, I was able to find my niche in the college admissions process. I was accepted to all my schools, which are:

Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Wharton (UPenn), Northwestern, WUSTL, NYU, Tulane, Georgetown, and Boston College.

But now, once again, and I have found that I am in need of some objective information about these colleges so that I can figure out where I want to spend 4 years of my life. Right now my plans for career path and choice of major are tentative, but I'm attracted to the corporate realm and the study of economics.

Regardless of what I choose to do, I want to make sure that for 4 years, I'm surrounded by motivated, fun loving, and collaborative people who collaborate as well as compete and are easy to get along with. I'm also looking for a college campus and surrounding city/town that offers a lot in terms of fun things to do. Right now my top choices are Harvard, Yale, Stanford, and Wharton, and I plan to visit all of them, but I really need some input from several sources before I can do what feels right. Once again CC, I call on you to assemble!!!!!!

What do you want to study?

Where do you think you want to live? -- eg, East Coast, West Coast; city; suburb.

Where do you want to live after graduation?

And -- Congratulations!

I don't think you can go wrong with any of your choices. Congratulations!

If you're going to visit them, just relax, enjoy, and in the end follow your gut. Assuming cost isn't an issue, there isn't a wrong choice.

Wow!! At the risk of sounding annoying, what were your stats? Did you cure cancer and bring about world peace?

I think you could make a fortune selling your unused spots to the highest bidders! (which raises an economic question - let's say students could sell their spots to others, or at least perhaps those on the wait list - I wonder what the market would bear?)
