The Association of Graduates has commissioned a documentary film titled "[Wings of Honor: Inside the US Air Force Academy.](http://www.wingsofhonormovie.com/)" The film hasn’t been released yet, but you can find a really cool preview at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zpfboHO6y6g.

It looks like this will top "Annapolis."

"...7258 feet above sea level-far, far above..."

It looks good and very accurate. Any news on a proposed release date?

this is gonna be sweet.

I got chills at the end watching that. Very cool, I want to see it!

Looks a lot more realistic than Annapolis. Ironically, Annapolis came out around the same time as Brokeback Mountain. Draw your own conclusions, but maybe there was more than one movie "with the gay guys in it"

This looks awesome!

via email.......

"The release date for the film is a ways into the future 16 to 18 months based on alot of film that has to meet the Academy schedule."

Jon Husband, producer

Is the movie only going to be on I-day? Or will it be on the first year/ the four years at the academy?
respectfully,
Kathleen Engle

It's supposed to follow the cadets from ALL classes in one squadron for a whole year.

i spoke with the producer via email, he told me the release date will be mid 2007, hopefully

Wow. Brings back a lot of memories...good ones now I suppose? I know the girl who does most of the talking, and many of the other faces of my class.
