<p>Yes, UCSD has winter admissions.</p>
<p>Well ucsd does take winter admits but im pretty sure that they dont have a separate applying time. They just offer it to those that don't get fall admission</p>
<p>I'm pretty sure all of the UCs besides UCLA and UCB do Winter admission.</p>
