Wise to take 3 science classes with Lab in One Semester?

Hey all,

So I'm an incoming freshman studying Biomedical Engineering and doing a Pre-Med Track. I was wondering if you guys could give advice for my spring semester which will most likely include Bio 2960, Gen Chem II, and Physics 198. How hard is it to take these classes together and what do you suggest I do considering I want to maintain a high GPA?

Thanks!

I was bme my freshman year so I had those three classes + calc III. It was totally fine. The labs are not the hard part of any of those classes (chem lab unknown, as it’s a new professor), they’re just time consuming.
For the record, I still had great social life my freshman year, so even with the courseload I managed (and I was not some star student or anything. I was fairly average at WashU).

You’ll be surrounded by dozens of other people in the exact same situation. Don’t worry about it.
