WIT Help!!!!!!

Hey guys, so as you may have noticed from one of my recent threads I'm searching for safety schools. During my search I came across Wentworth institute of technology. I can't really see anything about their rankings on us news (although I know rankings are not everything) and have a couple questions about the school.

First, I've heard good and bad about their electrical engineering program. I'm looking to possibly be an electrical engineer so this concerns me. Can any parents or students or alumny possibly shed some light on the schools engineering program for me?

Also, the school looks to be a little on the small side, I don't want a big stool, but I don't want to feel cramped either, so if somebody can help me with the size of the school and dorms that would help.

How's the schools co op program? Is it comparable to a school like northeastern or Drexel??

And for some other safeties I've seen UMass Amherst for example. How does wit compare to it?

Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

Lol I meant schools not stools. Sorry

Bump

Bump… Please

I’ve heard of them, they aren’t too highly ranked. They have a 61.4% acceptance rate, 1830 is their 50th percentile SAT score and 3.0 is their 50th percentile GPA.

They don’t seem to offer that much aid according to Parchment.com. WPI is somewhat similar, it is on my son’s list. They are more competitive, but still have over 50% acceptance. We liked WPI because they have half-semesters with fewer courses (two for seven weeks instead of four for 14 weeks at a regular college), and also they have project based courses.

Please anybody with any info help.
