With fewer than three weeks left until my ACT, here's my plan

Since early March, I rigorously studied for the ACT at the pace of one practice test out of the Red Book or from Princeton Review's ACT book per week. I progressed from a 30 composite score to a 33. I carefully look at the answer and explanations to make sure I know why I missed questions. I also pinpoint trouble spots and focus on them. Do you think this is a good plan by doing one test a week or should I slow down knowing I improved?

keep going man. why would you slow down? practice makes perfect. take as many practice tests as you can without overwhelming yourself.

Is the Princeton Review book beneficial?

The Princeton Review book has tips and drills for the weak areas, and the practice tests are equal in difficulty and type as in the Red Book.

I’ll consider purchasing it then. Thanks for the recommendation. I was somewhat apprehensive regarding it because I didn’t find their version for the SAT to be too effective.

I used the red book, act online prep, preparing for the ACT booklets and dissecting the ACT to raise my score from a 21 to 29.

Use Cracking the ACT, it really does a thorough job and helped prepare me very well for it
