Mmkay, so, I recently was accepted to my #1 school early action. I had applications prepared for a handful of other schools that I was going to apply to RD if I'd gotten a no. I don't want to apply to those schools anymore, clearly, and I haven't sent the common app or scores or anything. However, my school required me to send my transcript to those schools back in November, and I think a teacher of mine mailed those schools a rec letter. Should I email those admissions offices telling them they can get rid of those documents, or should I just trust they'll trash 'em when they don't get anything else from me?

An email will put them to closure – stopping their workers from making any inquiries of you. LIkely they’d just close out the incomplete files but shoot off a few emails and be done with it. Simple
