Withdrawing for a semester due to Internship, will this hurt my law school application?

I am currently stuck with a decision between dropping a semester or continuing on with it. If I continue on I will be taking 4 online undergraduate courses, 4 master level courses, completing a research internship for a professor, an internship with an international organization in New York, and an online web-design internship I am working on remotely for a justice organization back home in Canada.

I got into this master's program as a rising junior due to my interviews and essay I submitted. I never thought I would get in, so I signed up to take courses at my home university over the summer as I usually do so I can graduate early. However, I got into the program, and picked up the internships along the way. Now I'm working nearly 20 hour days, and there is no time to sign on and complete these 4 courses I am enrolled in for my undergraduate degree. I emailed an advisor and she recommended just withdrawing and focusing on all my opportunities in New York, which would be my first choice as well.

However, I have two issues, I would have 4 W's (not seen as F's) on my transcript in one semester and I really want to apply to law school. Should I drop and avoid poor grades, or will dropping in this situation be worse than the bad grades and just keep trying to make it work? I don't want this amazing opportunity to end up being a regret, but I also don't want to give it up and fly home for the sake of 4 online courses. The end goal is law school, so whatever option gets me in is the one I want to take, any help is appreciated!

Just for background on my law school app resume: I currently have 3.75 GPA, varsity athlete (ice hockey and rugby), 2 of my own charities, president of my sorority, involved with 4 other clubs on campus including student government, and after this summer will have completed 4 internships (Maplesoft/Google, UN, CRJC)

Finish school. There will be time late for internships. Are you planning on going directly into law school?
