<p>If you get in ED, do you need to withdraw applications that you didn’t actually complete? What if you just submitted a preliminary part but didn’t pay the fee? Where is the line drawn?<br>
I only ask because because I really lost track of what I did and didn’t do. The only other application that I completed and sent in was to RPI, but I withdrew it already. Am I done?</p>
<p>You should withdraw out of courtesy everywhere, but since your apps aren't complete they won't be processed anyway.</p>
