Withholding AP Exams

Whenever you withhold an AP exam grade what do the college actually see? Do they see the fact that you took an ap exam, but that no score is shown to them, or do they not even see the fact that the exam was taken? I don't know if I should wait until after I get my AP scores in July, and then determine exactly which ones to send, or if i should just send them all now? Do colleges actually list AP exam grades on the transcript, therefore becoming a factor in medical school applications or are they just used for placement/credit for classes? If I wait to see what all my grades are, then I can pick and choose which ones would actually be accepted, as opposed to just sending all of them. I've already been accepted to WashU, so I'm just trying to do the best thing.

If you've already been accepted to WashU, then don't worry about withholding any scores. You don't need to. They won't withdraw your acceptance if you get a 1 or a 2. You just won't get any credit. Your AP scores do NOT go on your college transcript, so don't worry about that.

You CAN withhold a score by paying CB $10 to keep it off the score report they send the college. But why? There's no reason in your case.

So does anyone know if colleges will see a blank for the score or just that they wont see the test at all?
