Yeah so I realized I would never come to a 100% decision, so I decided to buckle down and make a choice, I chose Cornell over Georgia Tech for engineering as I was leaning towards Cornell.

Anyway I chose the place thats much colder, cost 60k more over 4 years, probably won't get to do a semester abroad,(at gtech you pay instate tuition while doing a semester abroad, so for an out of state student its even cheaper than a normal semester), and knew less people(met more peeps both prospective and current students during my overnight at tech than at Cornell).

I'm very happy with my decision though, as there are so many positives. Much better in all non engineering fields, more diverse as it isn't a mainly engineering school, even male to female ratio, 1 day drive versus 3 day drive or several hour flight, ivy league prestige, wanted to go their since I was little, more similar to my current northeast location(was a bit worried about adjusting to southern culture if I picked tech), will graduate in 4 years instead of 5 while still getting co-op experience(albeit not as much), probably has more connections up north where I probably want to end up, etc.

Can't wait to see you all next fall.
