<p>What is the word limit for the three Stanford essays?</p>
<p>there’s a character limit of 1800 I believe…which was around 300 words for me.</p>
<p>It is 1800 characters…o and spaces between paragraphs count as two characters; make sure you count that because word count doesn’t…its a real pain to get rid of a few characters once you’re done with it…</p>
<p>^I hated that. I was sitting there with like 3 characters left and it would not let my essay save. Eventually, I figured out what was wrong. They really should fix that problem I think…led to unnecessary worrying!</p>
