Work or Volunteering?

This summer, I am babysitting three boys 4 days a week for 6.5 hours a day. Would it look better for my application for me to get paid and put it down as work experience or for me to volunteer and count it as community service? I have totalled it to be about 250 hours of work. Here is what I have for both so far:

Work experience: worked as secretary for 15-20 hours a week during summer of 2004. I am also thinking about getting a job during the school year at a grocery store.

Volunteer: I have over 125 hours for various activities, but I’ve been getting them since 6th grade, so I couldn’t tell you what I’ve gotten in high school. I have babysat throughout the school year on various days for different people. I am in Key Club, National Honor Society, and Environmental Club, so I do service projects through them. I also volunteer for various political campaigns and causes.

I am applying to top LACs, and I’m just not sure which would look the best. Thanks!
