<p>DD copied her CA essay from word to Notepad and then cut and pasted it into the CA text box. The italics was lost and even if she tries to format it directly in the CA essay text box, the italics will not stay, nor will it carry forward to the print preview. </p>
<p>Did anyone find a workaround for this? She submitted a help ticket but I have a feeling we are not going to get a meaningful response.</p>

<p>Our D ended up dropping italics from her essay because of the formatting problems. For her the italics did appear, but the font for those characters was larger than the surrounding text. She did not have the same problem with bold.</p>
<p>It’s funny, DD can’t get the italics, but can underline and when she underlines the text, the font of the characters are larger and it looks awful. Quotes seem to be her only functioning option.</p>
