working too much in college?

<p>I'm taking 13 units next semester, volunteering 5-10 hrs a week to fire dept, and the minimum i can work at my job is 2 days a week adding up to 16 hours a week. Is this work load too much? Will I have a lot of free time still to snowboard/surf/friends/gym/all other teenage hobbies?</p>

<p>Should I take up my parent's offer to support me every week in college with money?</p>

<p>Do you think you can handle that volunteer and employment work load and still achieve the best grades? Only you know the answer. Perhaps cutting down the work hours to maybe ten, and accepting a small stipend from your parents would be a good compromise.</p>
