<p>I was accepted to Smeal College of Business at Penn State UP. However, under my student aid information it says "As a World Campus student you will establish your Penn State Access account during the process of scheduling classes, after which time you need to visit your Student Aid Summary checklist on eLion for steps you need to take to complete the student aid process." Isn't the world campus online? What does this mean?</p>
