Originally SDSU rejected me in March. Today, they told me they have spaces available and would like to offer me admission.
The thing is, SDSU was my first choice, and after I didn't get in, I committed to SFSU (who assured me they didn't care about senior year grades). I would really like to attend SDSU but I am worried because I got a D first semester in AP Biology. My second semester grade will be a strong B, and the AP test is coming up. I see myself passing very well.
However, I am worried that they will rescind their decision because of the one D. Any help/suggestions/comments?

I’m in same situation SDSU just accepted me yesterday and I have a C in AP stat…

You should call admissions

Call admissions! Every situation is different.

Why would they rescind you for a C? Anything lower than a C is basis for rescinding like a D or F. A “C” is not.

I spoke with the assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs. She assured me that as long as I completed my physics class with a grade of C or higher, the D would not affect my admission

Although that is just in my specific situation, it wouldn’t apply to every case
