Worried average student...chances?

I'm a senior
GPA of 3.0 but hopefully it will be higher by the end of the school year.
SAT scores:
Critical Reading - 630
Math - 540
Writing - 510

I took the SAT again this past month as well as the ACT and I'm waiting for the scores to come in.
I'm a straight A student now but my freshmen year messed my up GPA.
I'm dual-enrolled taking classes at my local community college.

Senior course load:
Honors English
Honors Chemistry
Psychology
NAS 101 - Nursing assistant 1
NAS 102 - Nursing assistant 2
NAS 103 - Home health care

After completing these nursing classes I will be a certified nursing assistant. Many colleges nowadays are requiring people to have this certification before they even consider them for thier nursing program.

I don't have much for EC's except I'm a senior mentor at my high school for freshmen and have spent time working at a nursing home for my nursing classes.

Honestly what are my chances at getting into these colleges?

UNC Chapel Hill
UNC Charlotte
UNC Wilmington
ECU
Western Carolina University
Appalachian State
Lenoir-Rhyne University

Assuming you are instate (in which case we're in the same state) I think you have a decent shot at everywhere except UNC-CH.

Should be in at UNCC, ECU, WCU and APP State. UNCCH is a reach and don't know about the other two. Best of luck!
