I sent my SAT score cancellation request form to college board with mail. I used the second option which is sending to
P.O. Box 6228

Princeton, NJ 08541-6228

Then i tracked my mail in USPS. Then this appear
Updated Delivery Day: Wednesday, March 2, 2016

Scheduled Delivery Day: Tuesday, March 1, 2016, 12:00 pm

so if they send it on Wednesday, will college board even check their P.O. box. i am so worry. What number should i call to make sure they get the mail because 11.59 ET Wednesday is when its due.

Why don’t you just fax it?

EDIT: There’s lots of online fax services, some of which you can send a couple faxes for free (myfax).
