So many people talk about the bests: best books, best movies, best musicians, best TV shows. For the uncommon app we had to write an essay about the ones we liked, and I'm pretty sure if you check the archives back to December or so you'll see a thread about many prospies' favorite things.

But what I think would be more interesting would be leading a discussion on our LEAST favorite things-- things we despise so much that we're likely to yell and scream if anybody brings them up, things that other people love that just make our skin crawl. Hopefully we'll get some intense debates started, and forget about admission once and for all.

Let me start:

Worst Movies:

-- The Usual Suspects
-- The Breakfast Club
-- Jurassic Park 3

Worst Books:

-- Johnny Tremain
-- Mama's Bank Account

Worst TV shows:

-- Dateline NBC (I hate it so much that I watch it occasionally)
-- Date My Mom
-- Crossing Over with that fake psychic dude
-- Fear Factor
-- Best Week Ever
-- American Idol

The Breakfast Club was one of my favorite movies by far, it's a true classic. And The Usual Suspects was another great movie with a stellar plot and directing job. JP 3 was dismal, I agree.

Movies:
Zoolander (regardless of whether it's funny, which it is, it's awful)
Half Baked (same as Zoolander)
The Nuttiest Nutcracker
Crocodile Dundee in L.A.

I agree about "Date My Mom"...I mean ***! Its crazy. On the other hand, the mothers are sometimes 'better' than their girls... oh well.

I used to watch Fear Factor during Ramadan, and the middle part when they always ate nasty stuff came to the same time as when we were breaking our fast...my mom wasn't happy, but it sure made you appreciate the food on the table more :P

Flavor of Love is pretty horrible. A little part of me dies each time I watch it, but I keep on watching it. I guess I'm a masochist... :(

You're dumb if you think that the Usual Suspects was a horrible movie. Did you even understand the movie? I don't think you did. People who hate the movie, did not understand it, so you must be one of them.

remember that show where they picked 'who's hot and who's not' or something ridiculous like that... yea, that ties with 'the swan' for worst tv show.
