<p>Most liberal arts majors do not actually work in the field of their chosen major, you simply don’t need to. There are plenty of jobs out there that require a Bachelor’s and nothing more. There is no such thing as a useless major; anything would be better than a HS diploma alone.</p>

Actually it depends on the person. My Sociology professor loves everything about sociology. She likes to volunteer A LOT, and donate tons to the needy people. </p>
<p>It all depends on what you like, can’t really say the major is worthless. I remember my HS teacher has a friend who was a lawyer and hated his job, he ended up being a carpenter and is loving it.</p>

<p>Yeah IAskQuestions, because engineering is so useless compared to poly sci., and you analyze so little. If you get a degree in engineering, you would never be able to get through a poly sci. one.</p>
