Would colleges ask for evidence of fluency in a language?

<p>I know 4, and I consider it to be my hook. English is my first language and for Spanish and Turkish I have high exam results. However, for Russian I have nothing except a passport (I'm a dual citizen of Turkey and Russia). Is this enough?</p>

<p>Enough for which purpose? If you take additional courses in the language in college, then the college may have placement testing to put you in the correct level of language courses.</p>

<p>Why would you need fluency in 4 languages? </p>
