Would going to Harvard's summer school hurt my chances at other schools?

<p>I got accepted to Harvard's summer school, but I don't know if I should go because I thought it would worsen my chances of getting into other colleges like Princeton or Yale. So I come to the question, Would going to Harvard's summer school hurt my chances at other schools?</p>

<p>No. Other schools aren’t going to take offense that you picked someone else’s summer program. It will probably help your chances, as they’ll see that you were able to handle Harvard’s classes, and a big piece of college admissions is your ability to handle a college courseload.</p>

<p>Plus, they know that your chances of being accepted at Harvard are negligible like everybody. You’re foolish if you think Y or P doesn’t know many of their applicants also apply to top colleges. Relax. Enjoy Cambridge.</p>

<p>Also make sure you aren’t wearing a Harvard t-shirt in any pictures on FB. If Princeton/Yale finds out you’re cheating on them, they will never forgive you.</p>
