I was thinking of applying to Harvard's summer school next year, but then I realized something. If I get accepted to go to Harvard's summer school, Would this look bad when I am applying to other colleges instead of Harvard? I mean would they think I'm picking Harvard over their school because I went to Harvard's summer school rather then their summer school?

Quite the contrary – assuming you do well, they’ll see that you are truly college-ready. My S attended Harvard SSP, and he calls it the best summer of his life. So far, he has been admitted to Amherst, Swarthmore, Wesleyan, Johns Hopkins, Reed, Brandeis and some others.
