Would Harvard accept a Canadian student who has taken only one ap class?

I’m planning to apply to Harvard and was just curious if there is any chance I will get admitted. Currently, I’m going to a Canadian high school that doesn’t offer any ap classes, but I’ve taken one ap calculus online. (I didn’t take ap exam though.) My average grade is 90-92% (97% in senior year). Instead of taking ap classes, I will take some CLEP exams just to show how much I’m prepared for college classes. Also, I’m going to intern at a big IT company for 3-5 months in this summer and volunteer in a medical organization for premature dementia people.

If your school doesn’t offer AP’s, Harvard and other schools will not hold it against you.

Don’t do CLEP’s! No need and they give you college credit that Harvard won’t accept but could, in some places, affect your freshman status and therefore financial aid.

Go ahead and apply, but make sure there are other schools you would like to attend and don’t get too fixed on a school like Harvard

If you work with people with dementia, maybe read a book or get some training. You can learn to distract, or redirect.

Thank you. That was helpful contents.
