<p>Yes.</p>

<p>Since Haverford admits only 3-4 international students on financial aid each year, your chances are a crapshot. Otherwise you would be a very strong applicant.</p>

<p>Yeah, thanks guys for the comments. I know that applying for FA really puts me into a disadvantage. I will have to try my best on other parts of the application to have a decent chance of getting in.</p>
