would international science(chemistry) olympiads really help an application?

Hi Im form Venezuela, would a bronze medal in the IChO(International Chemistry Olympiad) and a silver in the OIAQ(Iberoamerican Chemistry Olympiad) really boost my application? heres the rest of my info:
TOEFL iBT: 107/120
SAT I: CR 610 - M 750 - W 500
MIT says for international they care about the TOEFL and not the SAT I, is Caltech also like this?
SAT II: Math II 720 - Chemistry 760
GPA: 3.74/4.00
Awards: Bronze medal in this years IChO - Silver medal in this year OIAQ - Qualified for last year OIAQ - 2 silver and 1 bronze medal in the state math olympiad - gold medal every year in the school math olympiad.
Extracurriculars: training for all the respective olympiads and playing for the school soccer team the last 3 years.
Community Service: I teach high level math to gifted students of the 8th grade of my school.

How would that look for Caltech? do I really have a chance?
I am also applying for:
MIT
Caltech
Berkeley
Stanford
Cornell
Northeastern
UCLA
UCSB
Thanks to everyone

I said Hi in the other post, but Hi again. I do believe that the IChO medal does provide a boost--one of the guys from the Indonesian team is studying at Caltech now. Nevertheless... All these colleges receive tons of applications from very good students, including other Olympiad medallists. Wishing you the best of luck!

You don't have a chance unless you apply.
UCSB and Northeastern should be easier to get into from your list.

Olympiads aren't going to hurt. There's no way to say how much they are going to help, though.
