Would it be awkward to take 1 AP classes junior year and 4 AP classes on senior year?

I am Asian Male junior and currently attending really good public school with 300 students in each grade that anually sends 15-25 students to Ivy League/ MIT/ Duke level colleges.
I have 3.95 GPA (weighted and excluding freshman year which was 3.87 with 1 honor class) and probably 3.8 unweighted (3.74 without freshman year) and I can assume that it is top 15-20 percent. Here is the problems that I have right now. (Let's assume that I do get 2100+ SAT and 3 SAT2 with 750+ since this was considered possible by my counselor and tutors)

Too few AP classes: I feel like I am the only one who takes 1 AP class (chemistry) with this GPA; Most students with 3.8+ GPA is taking 2 or 3 AP classes (4 is extremely rare anyway). It is true that I have higher chance to have higher GPA than most students (I noticed that I have good chance to get 4.0~4.1 GPA this year), will take much more AP courses on senior year (I will take 4 AP courses for sure on senior year) and I have taken 3.5 honor courses on senior year and 4 on this year since our school weighs AP courses same as Honor courses. Still, would college administrators consider me as lazy and not so competent student next year? Would taking 4-5 AP classes senior year and self-studying for 1 or 2 AP tests (I am thinking of Psychology and Stat) that are considered relatively easy help me?

I had poor extracurricular activity on freshman and sophomore year: On freshman year, I did nothing that is considered as extracurricular. On sophomore year, I joined two clubs only and made 80 hours of volunteering on local hospital. I did not and will not join any sports and will rather focus on volunteering, internship and clubs (I will try to make new club this March anyway). Would my extracurricular history without sports and poor record in reshman and sophomore year will hurt me a lot even though I do have good extracurricular record for junior and some parts of senior year? I am sure that my record will be really good this year since I will make more volunteering hours and have joined several clubs that can merit me a lot.

Thank you for reading this.

Although taking a lot of AP classes throughout high school is a good thing, it cannot your acceptance chances if you take many more during your senior year
