Would it be that impossible? Chance a swiss student :)

I'd really appreciate the help haha so if you could chance me, I'll try to chance you back ;)
Basically I'm 17 year old American citizen, born in Brazil who has been living in Switzerland pretty much my whole life. I have always been in the swiss system and now go to a swiss high school which is extremely hard. Freshman year is year 10 and it goes until year 13 like in the international system. I'm in my third year. And every year we take about 11-12-13 subjects. Fresh year about 50 % of people drop. I currently take these classes:

French (my school is in french), English, Spanish, German, Physics, Math, Chem (year 1+2), Bio, Geo, History, Philosophy, Law, Econ, PE...
I also took latin from years 7 to 10. I'm not doing APs because my school offers it only in math and I took math 1 and not math 2 in first year. Our grades are out of 6 and to pass you must get a 4. You're allowed to have a 3 in one subject. My average in 10th grade was 4.8 with nothing underneath and sophomore year it was 5.1 which qualifies as honors (since honors start at 5 but rarely people even get 5). I'm looking to get honors again this year which will hopefully happen - as you must basically be excellent in 12 subjects and that's kind of tough.
As for me:

I'm 17:
Fluent in English/French, and quite prominent in Portuguese, German and Spanish.
More than 11 years of dance (ballet, modern jazz and hiphop )and 11 years of piano.
4 years of soccer.
Every week I have 3 hours of kickboxing, 2 hours of hiphop and 1h30 of piano, and 1h30 of portuguese lessons. I am on the student council, and the chair this year of the schools "humanitarian group" that I have been a part of every year since high school started. This is my third year on a youth advisory board for a popular website, and my second writing a column for a site by teens for teens. I have written a book (unpublished, obviously) and love writing and journalism. I have a global background by traveling a lot.
SAT scores:

1st time:
CR: 710
W: 620
M: 620
= 1940
2nd time:
CR: 630
W: 690
M: 620
= 1940 (dont know what happened in CR honestly... )

Should I retake - and which scores should I send?
Haven't done ACT or SAT IIs yet.

It's probably really unlikely but is there anything I can do to get in? Or is it just a lost cause?

First bits seem pretty good, but scores are not great. I would say at least a 2100 is needed to have a decent shot unless you come from a very underpriviledged background which it appears that you do not. Also nothing goes BANG. If you could get that book published, well then that is a bang…
