<p>I think you should just look into the pro's and con's of each and what you really want... I mean, me personally, Even if I had been offered a full ride to a school like Harvard (which I would never even dream of applying to), I would of turned it down and went to my school anyway.. because it was the right school for me.</p>
<p>Brand names do count in global business. I did not go to Harvard but I did study under a couple of famous archtiects, plus I worked in New York City for a couple of famous architects, plus I opened my business in New York City.</p>
<p>Thirty years later, those 'brand' names, including 'New York City (!)', STILL bring in international work for our office; ie a 3000 acre resort with 7 kilometers of Pacific coastline. Yes, we have talent, personality and drive, but we got in the client's door with those brand names. Like it or not.</p>
<p>Thank you Fendergirl and Cheers; those have been the two main arguments I've been considering. It seems to come down to what you were saying about name recognition but fit as well. I'm terrified I won't make the right decision and I wish I had a magic future-seeing ball to help. </p>
