Would you rather Bio E or Bio M test?

What do you think is easier?

I’d rather take Environmental, but I don’t think either option would be easy. That’s because I’m not very good at biology, though.

I think the Environmental is a lot easier just because the M is heavy on the genetics, which can be very confusing at times.

E = ecological not environmental

I took M, I found E to be very ambiguous, and the questions harder. I got an 800 on M without much prep.

Which test is M?

molecular

10char

I like M better, so I chose it when I took the test. Got an 800. I suggest you (or anyone taking the test) simply take the one in which you are more proficient. If you’re equally proficient in both, take the one you like better. If all things are equal, flip a coin. ;)

I remember I flipped through M and all those detailed questions really threw me off. Picked E and it was DEFINITELY much easier.

However, it all depends on your strong areas and what you prepped harder for.

E has a slightly better curve. But for that matter, neither E nor M have good curves at all. But does it really matter which you take? There’s the first section which is basically an overlap of the two anyway. So if you’re aiming high, you’re going to have to learn both E and M content. It really comes down to personal preference. :)

hey, for the ones who’ve taken the test to get such splendid scores, how long did it take for you guys to prepare?

I didn’t get an 800 like quite a few in CC, but I crammed for about a week and got a 730 in Biology M.

I planned to do M, but on the test day I went through the M and E questions quickly and found out that the E ones were much easier, so I took E.
