<p>Brown took the idea for Da Vinci Code from a (supposedly) nonfiction book. Because you can’t copyright facts, the authors of that book were stuck–they’d have to admit that it was a bunch of fiction in order to complain. But the book itself isn’t plagiarized.</p>
<p>OMG, i just looked up that movie & watched some youtube clips on it. what an effing mind-trip. & not in the good way, either. i’m like legitimately creeped out 
i can see how some people might get absorbed by that type of stuff, though. but, i mean, water molecules positioning themselves in all sorts of forms?..no…</p>
