<p>i dont think that anyone who denies the holocaust actually believe taht it didn't happen, unless they are being brainwashed by their government which does NOT actually believe that it didn't happen. they just dont like the fact that everyone is making such a big deal out of it. and, to a certain extent (but for much different reasons)i agree--what about the other genocides in Cambodia and China and, today, in Sudan and Darfur, that most people have NEVER heard of? We're all sitting in our history classrooms, mourning that so many jews have died in the holocaust, and how it was awful, and we should NEVER let history repeat itself, and yet we have no clue that genocides are happening right now</p>

<p>no, there are people who actually believe it didn't happen. or that it happened on a much smaller scale than it really did - for example, only thousands of jews died, rather than millions. some white supremacists believe that there is a "jewish conspiracy", and that everything about the holocaust - pictures, survivor accounts, etc - is all fabricated by the jews so that they can have israel.</p>

<p>the holocaust is different. SIX MILLION JEWS died. that is about thirty times more people than have died in darfur, and that is not even including the six million poles/gypsies/political enemies who also died. also, there has never been a group of people more persecuted than the jews. period. jews made up 10% of the roman empire. there should be easily over one hundred million jews today, maybe even two hundred million. but because of constant pogroms and forced conversions, there are fourteen million. it's ridiculous. don't get me wrong, all genocides are absolutely horrible. but what has happened to the jews is especially horrible.</p>

well some people are just remarkably ignorant and want to believe only what they want to believe. most of the time we should just ignore them, since they are too stupid to do anything important anyways.</p>
