<p>Is there anyone else on this forum preparing for high school wrestling season which starts in, mmm, about month from now?
Me:
Weight class: 275 -- ~225-235 right now.
Running three-four miles four-five times a week with sprint intervals (~1/4 of track is sprinted).
Know guys who went to XC for preparation (and to drop weight class) but I'd rather run by myself in the cold dark :) morning than under bitter yellow sunlight :</p>

<p>Well, since in each state there are different state competition dates, I think it doesn't really matter -- state comp. is shifted a little bit. There's no inter-state HS wrestling as far as I know.</p>
