Hey guys-

So, I've always loved writing ever since I was a kid and I finally wrote a 120 or so-page book that is going to be published (not SELF-published, mind you) and sold in bookshops early Sept. It's a literary work on a subject that I've had in mind for several years so it's not really a last minute thing.
That said, I'm actually a rising senior and I'm hoping to apply early to a certain Ivy League. Just for the record, my academics and ECs are looking great (if I do say so myself) and am working on my essay. I'm hoping that my publication will really make me pop out, which is pivotal since I'm an Intl applic:/ So, the question is: how "important" would this book be for my application? How much do you guys think it will boost my chances?

Right, that's about it-- thanks!
